Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan2 yg ditumbuk hingga garing dan naik bau baru masukkan cili merah, cili hijau, cili padi, bawang besar dan daging burger. Tumis sehingga daging burger masak. Perasakan dengan garam dan lada sulah. Masukkan telur kacau 1-2 kali saja dan padam kan api. Cara memasak:<br />
Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis semua bahan kisar hingga pecah minyak.<br />
Masukkan hati/ayam serai lengkuas dan daun limau purut<br />
Tutup kuali dan biarkan air hati/ayam keluar dan kacau sesekali.<br />
Setelah hati empuk/ayam masak dan airnye kering, tuangkan air asam jawa dan bubuh garam & gula seckup rasa.<br />
Tutup tudung kuali dan biarkan sehingga ia kering.<br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hiris halus bawang merah, bawang putih, cili merah, daun sup dan daun bawang. Udang kering ditumbuk halus. Goreng bawang merah n bawang putih hingga kuning keemasan, angkat. Kemudian masukkan udang kering. Setelah naik bau n garing, masukkan udang idup yg dibuang kulit diikuti dgn cili merah. Bubuh sedikit serbuk lada sulah, sedikit gula dan garam secukup rasa. Bila udang </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">sudah masak, tutup api dan masukkan bawang yang digoreng tadi bersama daun sup dan daun bawang dan gaul rata. Ketepikan.</span>

Ketepikan. </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Asingkan sedikit dalam suku cawan. Kukus selama lebih kurang 15 minit dulu. Kemudian bukak dan tabur bahan lauk yg telah digoreng tadi dan ratakan. Titiskan tepung yg diasing tadi sedikit demi sedikit ke atas permukaan lauk tadi untuk melekatkannya. Kemudian sambung mengukus selama 45 min lagi.. Setelah sejuk, baru dipotong dan bolehlah dihidangkan. Selamat Mencuba.. :)</span>

Bulan Julai baru 2 hari bermula.. hanya tinggal beberapa hari saja umat Islam diseluruh dunia akan menyambut kedatangan RAMADAN yg mulia..marilah kite sama2 menunggu kedatangan bulan yg mulia ^^<br />

Okay berbalik pada gambar kuih koci derian nie ... semalam pagi mak sedara belah arwah abah ada buat kenduri arwah di Taman Setia Indah di Jb. Mama kesana bersama hubby dan jgk mak ... mmg kami tak pernah kesana tapi dgn arahan my sepupu kami berjaya sampai lewat tengahari.<br />
Mmg mama menunggu saat2 nie sbb mmg dah lama betul tak jumpa Paksu Hadi adik arwah abah ... mungkin last jumpa 5-6 thn yg lepas... Gembira bercampur sedih sbb setiap kali terpandang wajah2 mereka dpt bayangkan bertemu semula dgn arwah abah.....hanya tggl 3 saja adik2 arwah abah..<br />
dah lah tak nak cerita lagi .. bertambah sedih plak!!! huhuhu<br />

kuih koci berperasa derian ni dibawa kemajlis arwahan dari sepupu mama yg menetap di Pasir Gudang Rozy nama nyer..mmg lembut jer isi kuih koci nie... Bila makan akan teringatkan si Nazli dan jgk arwah abah yg begitu minat sekali sgn kuih muih tradisional....<br />

Bila hari Isnin ikut adik ipar berbelanja di <b>JB</b> kami selalu akan bersarapan dikedai mkn <b>Tapah</b> yg menghidangkan aneka lauk utk sarapan pagi... so bila ternampak <b>Rendang Daging</b> dlm otak dah terfikir2 nk buat pulut kuning...Beli dlm 4 buku daging jer bersama rempah2...<br />

Mmg hasil nyer tak lah seperti pulut kuning yg biasa kite kukus dlm kukusan tapi sekadar hendak melepas kan tekak yg meronta2 hendak mkn.. so nie lah hasil nyer PULUT KUNING RICE COOKER!!! msk malam semalam lps sejuk simpan dlm fridge tadi pagi masukkan dlm microwave panaskan saja...hehehe gaya org malas!!!<br />

Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang besar, bawang puti dan cili kisar hingga garing. Masukkan sos cili, kicap cair dan sardine tadi. Kacau rata, gunakan api sederhana. Tuang jus limau kasturi dan gaul. Masak sekejap, angkat dan biarkan sejuk sebelum digunakan.</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: black;">Keluarkan puff pastry dari freezer dan biar sekejap dalam 10 - 15 minir. Ambil 1 keping puff pastry, kerat dua, satu bahagian dikelar2 seperti dalam gambar. Bahagian satu lagi letakkan inti sardine. Tutup dengan bahagian berkelar, tekan tepi2nya dengan garfu. Buat kaedah sama untuk baki pastry.</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: black;">Susun dalam loyang yang telah dilenser dengan sedikit mentega. Sapu kuning telur dan tabur sedikit serbuk lada hitam kalau suka. Bakar pada suhu 190C selama 20 - 25 minit atau hingga kuning keemasa. Jika oven anda ada sistem kipas, on kan masa membakar puff pastry ini. Sejukkan atas jaringan sebelum dihidangkan...</span></li>

<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Satukan semua bahan A ke dalam sebuah mangkuk. Ketepikan.</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Di dalam mangkuk pengadun, pukul butter dengan gula hingga sebati. Masukkan esen vanilla dan telur dan terus memukul hingga sebati lagi.</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Masukkan bahan A ke dalam bahan adunan dan uli hingga membentuk doh yang lembut. Balut doh dengan plastik pembalut dan simpan ke dalam peti sejuk selama 20 minit.</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Keluarkan adunan dari peti sejuk. Cubit sedikit adunan dan bulat-bulatkan menjadi bebola. Golekkan bebola-bebola ini di dalam pinggan berisi bijirin nestum. </span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Susun bebola-bebola ini di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilapik dengan kertas kalis minyak. Tekan sedikit bebola-bebola ini dengan hujung garfu agar leper sedikit. </span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Ambil buah ceri dan tekankan di tengah-tengah doh sebagai hiasan.</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;"><span style="background-color: black;">Bakar biskut di dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175 C selama 20-25 minit atau sehingga biskut bertukar warna menjadi perang. Sejukkan biskut sebelum disimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.</span></li>

<li><span style="background-color: black;">Bila labu 1/2 empuk, masukkan kacang panjang, lada hitam dan perasakan dengan garam secukupnya dan secubit gula. Masak sekejap hingga labu empuk tapi tidak hancur. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api. Hidangkan bersama nasi, sambal belacan dan ikan goreng...</span></li>
