Buka puasa - hari ke 13



Bertemu kembali. Ni hah! Project membuat kuih bom aka onde2 goreng.

Tengah hari tadi siap buat adunan kuih bom. Abah tanya nk buat apa? mama ckp nk buat kuih bom (onde2), ni nak try dulu takut meletup, nak kene pakai helmet! ketawa abah.....
Dengan berhati tadi sebelum berbuka mama gorenglah.... IKA!!!!! X meletup!!!!! suker mama.....
Seperti Ika ckp - kuih bom yg x akif not to worry heheh....mama buat kecik2 biar senang....ngap satu kali sama dia....


Ni disini mama c&p resepi dari rumah ika. Resipi asal dr
ALONGROZ. TQ kerana sudi berkongsi resipi. Halal ya sis!

KUIH BOM

(Makes a dozen)
INGREDIENTS:

80g Sweet Potato - steamed & mashed- mama gunakan yg warna oren
120g Glutinous Rice Flour
20g Plain Flour
35g Castor Sugar
A pinch Salt
100ml Water, Sesame Seeds - for rollingCoconut,Bean Filling- mama gunakan inti kelapa

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.Divide into 12 balls.Flatten each ball, place a ball of filling & wrap.Roll onto sesame seeds.
2. Deep fry until golden.Enjoy!



Yg ni pulak prata boyan. Sebenar nyer nampak kat umah Ayu tempoh hari. Nak menguli malas.... so mama beli lah prata instant dan inti nyer mama ikut mcm Ayu buat. Ni mama c&p jer dari umah Ayu.


Ingredients for Filling:-
1 kg potatoes(cleaned and boil till soft, discard skin and mashed it)
3 eggs (slightly beaten- just slightly) - mama pakai 4 biji
spring onions and Chinese celery to estimate sliced thinly- mama x pakai
2 big onions diced
a bit of mixed vegetables(optional)- mama x pakai
a bit of pepper powder
salt to taste
*Mix all the ingredients and adjust to taste
