pagi nih nk tayang ayam goreng yg bernama 10 spice fried chicken oleh Amie...
10 spice bukan lah bermakna 10 jenis rempah ratus yer .. tapi 10 bahan2 yg digunakan sahaja. Simple jer ayam goreng ni.... mama tak sempat pun hendak perap ayam ni terus saja goreng... Buat lunch nasi lemak pada hari minggu yg lepas.. alah nasi lemak biasa2 jer..

10 Spiced Fried Chicken

Resepi asalnya seperti berikut:
10 - Spice Fried Chicken
1 1/2 kg whole chiken - cut into bites sizes - Amie gunakan 2 belah bahagian peha sahaja
oil for deep frying
Blended ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
6 shallots
3 - inch piece ginger
1 heaped tbsp cili boh
1 heaped tbsp curry chicken powder
1 level tbsp kunyit (tumeric) powder
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp white pepper
This is really such an easy dish to make. All you need to do is ti marinade the chicken in the blended ingredients and left it stand for at least 30 minutes, then heat the oil and deep fry the chicken. As much as possible, serve it piping hot so the crispness of the chicken skin can be fully savored.
